ABOUT •

Our Story

During Co-VID, two naive and bored humans, Lei and Matthis, bought a backyard pizza oven and played with it. They soon fell in love with baking pizzas in a real-flame oven in less than 2 minutes. Soon afterward, they bought a truck and wanted to spread their passion one pizza at a time, and the rest is history.

Today, Lei and Matthis have made their way inside another local business, Theoretically Brewing Co. The two businesses formed a symbiotic relationship and they flourish from this partnership.

Through the years (ok, 3 years so far), the duo learned about businesses, formed friendships and most importantly experienced the warmth of the local community.

We can’t appreciate your patronage enough, every customer matters to us, and we hope you can feel and taste the love and care we pour into our pizzas too.

WHAT ELSE

Yes, we do catering in our taproom for business functions, birthday parties, and any celebrations!
Our taproom has a sitting capacity of approximately 50 people. The patio has a capacity of 80-100 people.

Unfortunately, we only do take-outs, no delivery for now (or in the future).
For the best experience and quality of pizzas, we recommend dine-in. Our taproom is pets and kids-friendly for whole family fun!
Please call or text at 403-929-7788 to pre-order.
If we’re very busy, we may miss your call or text, so it’s best to contact us before 5PM to guarantee the pizzas for you.

We don’t have gluten-free doughs, however during summer (June-August), we offer lamb skewers between 8:00-10:30 as an alternative pizza option.
We have vegan cheese and great vegetarian options!
Yes! Please keep your pets at leash at all times. Kids can be off-leash but need to be well behaved :)
We have a ton of street parking! That’s the good thing of our store being located on a side street, no one competes for the parking with you after 4PM, plus the traffic is slow ;)
Yes! During summer on Saturdays, we’re open from 12-9PM for pizzas.
Occasionally, we won’t be open for lunch, because of truck commitments.
